She is one of the best people I have worked with since I started at US Airways sixteen years ago...Liz is always there to help and goes above and beyond anything to help us...She is very personable, friendly, and basically goes well past her job requirements to help us at US Airways, and even the other carriers if she can, even though she has no obligation to those airlines in any way.
