PrimeFlight Employees Honored

Many PrimeFlight employees have recently been honored for offering exemplary customer service:

Ernest Burt, PrimeFlight employee at LaGuardia Airport, received a commendation letter in May from a passenger after he provided professional and caring assistance. The passenger remarked that he has some difficulty walking, and as soon as he entered the building Ernest offered him chair and helped him locate his wife.

Abdelmajid Naciri, PrimeFlight employee in Atlanta, was recognized recently by the airport administration in its monthly Customer Service Recognition Program.

Yolanda Ferguson, PrimeFlight Employee at LaGuardia Airport, received a letter of appreciation from an American Airlines passenger after she helped her retreive items left on a plane. The passenger wrote, Ferguson “exemplifies excellent customer service and stayed calm in a very stressful situation with many other customers looking for their lost baggage. She is an asset to your organization and is the reason I would fly American again.”

Gene Trachtenberg, Greta Shepherd, Cedric Rameshwar, Deodath Seelochan, Francisco Genao and Zenaida Martinez also received commendations in recognition of outstanding customer service.
