At PrimeFlight, we recognize our role in the industry and the larger global energy landscape. Understanding the importance of collaboration, we engage with our stakeholders—customers, employees, investors, and the communities in which we serve—to achieve the common goal of being a responsible corporate citizen. These shared insights and expectations shape our approach, fostering a sense of shared responsibility for a sustainable future. We work to meet industry standards and exceed them by fostering a culture of sustainability that extends beyond compliance.
Our Environmental Social Governance (ESG) initiatives are aimed at minimizing our carbon footprint, promoting community engagement, and ensuring the well-being of our employees.

In 2025 we were proud to earn the EcoVadis Committed Badge, marking our second consecutive year of participation in the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings.
EcoVadis evaluates over 130,000 companies across more than 180 sectors and 175 countries, assessing performance in key areas such as Environment, Labor Rights, Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. This recognition reflects our measurable progress across these pillars, particularly through investments in smart GSE technology, emissions reduction initiatives, and responsible sourcing practices.
We are committed to continuous improvement and transparency, and have made annual reassessment through EcoVadis part of our broader ESG strategy. As we look ahead, our focus remains on elevating our sustainability performance.

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility, PrimeFlight became a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact in 2024. This membership represents our dedication to aligning our operations and strategies with the Compact’s Ten Principles, which focus on human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
We are proud to stand with the UN in support of these principles.

At the core of our success lies a dedicated effort to cultivate talent, foster innovation, and propel each employee on a trajectory of continuous improvement. We have the following policies in place to support our most valuable asset, our employees’ well-being:
- Safety
- Group Compliance
- Fair Competition and Anti-Trust
- Inclusion
- Discrimination and Harassment
These policies are complemented by targeted training programs designed to educate our employees on their rights and responsibilities, promote an inclusive culture, and provide support for personal and professional development.
