
Craig has been at the forefront of aviation services for over 30 years, with an impressive track record establishing some of the strongest global players in the market. Most recently, he served as Group CEO for Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) where he led global strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence programs, and extended the cargo handler’s market share to almost three times its nearest competitor. Prior to his tenure at WFS, Craig spent more than two decades at Menzies Aviation, which he helped launch in the 1990s and, as CEO, grew the ground handler tenfold in the 2000s. In addition to his extensive executive experience, he has been actively involved in private equity, advising and leading businesses through investment cycles, strategic transformations, and value creation initiatives. Since 2023, Craig has served as a Board Member and advisor for PrimeFlight Aviation Services, leveraging his deep expertise in aviation services, financial and operational management, and strategic focus. A Chartered Accountant, he holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Glasgow and remains a respected leader in the aviation and private equity sectors.

Clinton has more than 25 years of experience, holding a variety of finance and business roles for US and International companies including serving as CFO for Total Safety, Vopak, and most recently Nine Energy Service. In addition, he has served in executive and financial management roles for companies including Centrica (Direct Energy), Sirius Satellite Radio, Vsource, Dell Computer and Ernst & Young. Clinton earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from St. Mary's University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tulane University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is on the Board of Priority Power and Flextek Resources.

Claudine has more than 20 years of experience in finance roles for both US and international companies. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Before joining PrimeFlight, Wayne held several executive leadership positions with Global Aviation Services and Aircraft Service International Group (ASIG). He boasts over 20 years of management and operations experience leading hub start-up operations, safety, training, procurement, GSE equipment management and maintenance.

Matt has held various operational roles within PrimeFlight over more than 12 years, ranging from Director of Operations to Senior Vice President. He boasts nearly 20 years of aviation experience. Matt attended Curry College.

Neil has more than 20 years of tax management experience, most recently serving as the VP of Tax - Americas for BHP. He has overseen tax matters in more than 40 countries and earned his BBA and Master of Professional Accountancy from Texas A&M Kingsville.

Before joining PrimeFlight, Jon served 21 years in the United States Air Force where he held various leadership positions focused on aviation. He has over 20 years of training, quality assurance and safety management experience and holds degrees in aviation management, transportation and business management as well as in instructional systems management.

Shawnpaul brings with him more than 19 years of cargo leadership experience, holding several roles with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) including various positions and most recently Vice President of Cargo for North America. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University.

With more than a decade of marketing leadership experience, Amanda has led branding, marketing, communications, web design, social media, and media relations efforts throughout her career. She previously held marketing leadership roles for Landmark Aviation and SGS. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri.

Ted brings more than 25 years of airline and aviation industry legal and business experience to our executive leadership team. He held the roles of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Global Sourcing at United Airlines, where in the latter role he was responsible for worldwide sourcing, vendor selection, and negotiating contracts supporting billions of dollars in annual spend. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and earned his JD from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Charlotte has held roles including SVP of Operations for Signature Flight Support, and SVP of Marketing and Customer Service for Landmark Aviation. She boasts more than 25 years of leadership, operations, integration, marketing, and customer service experience and earned her BS in Business Administration.

With more than 35 years of aviation industry experience, Brad began his career at Mesaba Airlines in a variety of roles including Director of Hub Operations and Director of Corporate Services. He then went on to found Global Aviation Services and serve as President and CEO before PrimeFlight acquired the GSE Maintenance provider. He now serves as EVP of Deicing & GSE Maintenance Services.

Joe has more than 25 years of experience in IT leadership, operations, infrastructure, and security. He most recently held the role of Managing Director of Global Information Technology and Security for Kobre & Kim. He has also held senior IT leadership roles for General Dynamics, Anna's Linens and Axsys Technologies. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Coleman University and holds a number of IT certifications including: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH v9 (Certified Ethical Hacker), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Network+.

Rob has a wealth of experience delivering growth and continuous improvement results for a number of organizations. With decades of experience, he has held financial roles for companies including Continental Airlines, CEMEX, Universal Weather and Aviation and Dover Corporation. He earned his Bachelors of Arts in Economics from University of Michigan and his MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing from Rice University.

With more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience, Julie has held various roles with United Airlines and most recently served Kilgore Industries. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Houston and earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certifications from Rice University.

Terry has over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry. As president of ProFlo Industries, he oversees all of ProFlo’s operations in Alvada, Ohio, and at the company’s Latin American facility in Barranquilla, Colombia. Prior to starting ProFlo in 2014, Terry served as a Vice President for Bosserman Aviation Equipment, Inc. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo in 2003.

Todd has more than 20 years of management experience, with a focus on aviation, strategic sourcing, and quality. He has held roles including Director of Strategic Sourcing and Global Director of Strategic Sourcing and Commodity Risk Management. More recently, he served as Vice President, Fleet Programs & Refurbishment for NetJets. He holds a Bachelor's in International Business and Economics from Ohio State University.

Sal has deep aviation experience. He was formerly Managing Partner for Ultimate Group, which operated a number of aircraft cleaning contracts on behalf of Ultimate Aircraft and JetClean. He has decades of experience providing deicing, exterior cleaning, cabin appearance and related services to airlines across the US.

Clay has nearly 30 years of aviation industry experience. He has served in a variety of management roles for aviation fueling providers including ASIG, FSM, and Allied Aviation Services before joining the Skytanking team. Since PrimeFlight's acquisition of Skytanking in 2021, Clay has led all fuel services sales efforts for PrimeFlight. He holds a BS in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of Technology.

Kevin brings with him more than 20 years of aviation management and operations experience, holding roles including General Manager and Vice President for Ross Aviation and Atlantic Aviation and Client Aviation Director for Jet Aviation Flight Services. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Marketing from Westfield State College.

Stan has an extensive background in the aviation industry, including experience in sourcing, supply chain management, key customer retention, continuous improvement, and operations management. He has held senior leadership positions with a wide range of aviation service providers, including Swissport, ABM Aviation, Pond, Air BP, and several airlines. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Aircraft Maintenance and Fueling for Swissport. He earned his bachelor's degree from Mercer University and his MBA with honors from the University of Notre Dame.

Matt is a 15-year veteran of the airline industry. He began his career as a part-time crewmember, and he has since held a number of leadership roles with jetBlue Airways before joining the PrimeFlight team including General Manager and Regional Manager. Matt earned his Bachelor of Liberal Arts from California State University Long Beach.

Brian has more than 15 years of aviation management experience, holding roles such as Regional Vice President for ASIG and most recently Vice President of Ground Operations for Sun Country Airlines. He holds a BS in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Formerly Airport Director for PrimeFlight at JFK, Josh boasts 15 years of management and operations experience within the aviation industry. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University.

With over 15 years of experience in the airline industry, Joe Stamp brings a strong operational background and leadership expertise to his role at PrimeFlight. Joe began his career at JetBlue Airways as a frontline operations employee and progressed to General Manager, overseeing multiple locations before joining PrimeFlight. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Central Florida.

A former corporate pilot, Mario has spent more than 20 years in various management roles within the aviation industry. He has deep experience in both customer service and operations, holding regional roles for both Landmark Aviation and Signature Flight Support before joining PrimeFlight.

With over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, Tom brings extensive leadership and operational expertise to his role. Before joining PrimeFlight, Tom held key leadership positions at Servisair and played a pivotal role in three airline startups for into-plane fueling. His experience also includes serving as a Shop Manager and National Manager at Global Aviation Services, where he led critical maintenance operations. Throughout his career, Tom has been committed to driving innovation, enhancing maintenance programs, and optimizing ground support equipment operations to support the aviation industry's evolving needs.

Charlie has more than 20 years of management experience with most of his career spent overseeing aviation operations. Most recently, he held the roles of Area Director for Signature Flight Support and Regional Vice President for Landmark Aviation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business at Southwestern University and holds a commercial pilots certificate.

Pratik has extensive aviation operations management experience, previously serving in director-level roles for both Southwest Airlines and Delta Air Lines before joining the PrimeFlight team. He served as the Director of Operations overseeing our BOS operation before being promoted to Regional Vice President.


Kevin has more than 30 years of aviation experience, serving in a wide variety of sales and operational roles. He has served as General and Regional Manager for airlines including Jazz Aviation, Horizon Air, and Aloha Airlines before transitioning to support airlines.

With over 15 years of experience in the automotive repair industry as a business owner and technical instructor, Scott Strong brings a strong background in maintenance operations and leadership to his role at PrimeFlight. Scott previously served as Director of Maintenance at Global Aviation Services before transitioning to manufacturing, where he spent a decade in various maintenance roles. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and is committed to optimizing maintenance programs, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation in ground support equipment services.
