(Sugar Land, TX – February 1, 2024) PrimeFlight Aviation Services acquired a majority stake in Aero Charter de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. this week in a stock deal. This acquisition marks PrimeFlight’s entry into the Mexico market.

PrimeFlight will take on Aerocharter’s operations at sixteen airports across Mexico, including cargo and ground handling operations at Cancun (CUN), Chihuahua (CUU), Ciudad Juarez (CJS), Culiacan (CUL), Guadalajara (GDL), Hermosillo (HMO), La Paz (LAP), Merida (MID), Mexico City (MEX), Monterrey (MTY), Oaxaca (OAX), Queretaro (QRO), San Jose Del Cabo (SJD), Santa Lucia (NLU), Tijuana (TIJ), and Villa Hermosa (VSA). Aerocharter offers a multitude of services across these locations including cargo, mail, ground handling, security, shuttle, and ground support equipment maintenance services.
