(Sugar Land, TX – July 9, 2025) PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc., through subsidiary Skytanking Havacılık Hizmetleri A.Ş, has acquired the entire shareholding of Yen Bakım Mühendislik Danışmanlık Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, operating as Yen Teknik. The acquisition of Yen Teknik expands PrimeFlight’s global refueling and GSE maintenance network following this year’s acquisitions of UK and Germany-based Airbase GSE and Australia-based Active Automobile Electrics.

Yen Teknik is a refueling and GSE maintenance provider with a presence at four airports across Turkey, including Istanbul, Dalaman, and Antalya airports. In addition, they provide inspection and consulting services, helping customers to implement quality systems and standards.

“The acquisition aligns with our strategic goals of expanding our global refueling and GSE maintenance service footprint while enhancing our service offerings for both Turkey and throughout Europe.” Amir Ibrahim, EVP for Skytanking, explained. “This acquisition will allow us to serve our customers with fuel truck maintenance services at four major airports in Turkey while also expanding our Technical Service Agreement, or TSA, business.”
